‘Miss O’ Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2021

Yarra Valley

This sparkling wine is creamy and smooth, made using the ‘Methode 
Traditionalle’ technique involving slow bottle fermentation, hand riddling 
and disgorging. Made from 70% estate grown Pinot Noir and 30% 
Chardonnay, it is dry with great length, has delicate apple and citrus fruit 
notes and lovely soft bubbles.

Domenic’s Paddock Pinot Noir 2021

Yarra Valley 

Domenic's Paddock is a 4-acre block of vines overlooking the cellar door at Nillumbik Estate, now over 28 years old. For more than two decades, Domenic — father to winemaker John Tregambe — tended this vineyard himself, pruning every vine by hand well into his 89th year. It was his place: the rows he walked each morning, the vines he knew one by one, the work he loved until the very end.

That care is in the glass. This pinot noir is rich, dark and full of flavour, with the earthy, savoury “barnyard” character pinot lovers look for, balanced by luscious ripe cherry, raspberry and blueberry fruit. The finish is silky and long, and true to Nillumbik Estate style, this wine is BIG.

It is, simply, delicious — one of the finest expressions of pinot noir the Yarra Valley has to offer. We're proud to make it in Domenic's name, from the paddock he loved.

Always at its peak, the Pinnacle Cab Sav is simply delicious! Dark ruby red, with purple hues, this wine displays a subtle balance of dark berry fruits, 
soft tannins and well integrated natural acid. Rich mocha notes come from 
over 18 months aging on premium seasoned French barriques.

 Old Earth Shiraz 2022

Heathcote

“Old Earth” gets its name from the ancient soils of the Heathcote region. It’s produced from a 2-acre single vineyard selected for its rich concentrated fruit.  The quality of this wine can be seen from the glass; dark rich red in colour with a syrupy consistency stains the glass. This richness follows through on the palate filling the mouth with flavours of blackberry, liquorish and spice that last. It is one of the best vintages we have seen and will age beautifully becoming even more silky smooth and develop more mocha and chocolate characters overtime.

Old Earth has become iconic in the Nillumbik range and is consistently highly rated by wine critics.

Pinnacle Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

This wine is very special with only a small quantity available for sale. It is 
held back to mature for over 3 years on the very best tight grain French 
barriques. The result is a wine that is as “smooth as silk” and as bold as the biggest reds our soils can produce. Beautiful blackcurrant and cherry 
notes dominate the pallate, with luscious servings of mocha and chocolate 
in the background. This fruit is grown on black volcanic soil on a single 
vineyard in Kangaroo Ground that is over 22 years-old. This wine is to be 
savoured and enjoyed with your closest friends and family.
