‘Miss O’ Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2021

Yarra Valley

This sparkling wine is creamy and smooth, made using the ‘Methode 
Traditionalle’ technique involving slow bottle fermentation, hand riddling 
and disgorging. Made from 70% estate grown Pinot Noir and 30% 
Chardonnay, it is dry with great length, has delicate apple and citrus fruit 
notes and lovely soft bubbles.

‘GGG’ Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Yarra Valley

This wine is simply irresistible, created from the finest fruit grown in the valley.  Pear, honeysuckle and apple are prominent on the nose, whilst the palate is fresh and youthful, packed with gooseberry, pear and white peaches.  It’s delicious on its own or as a great accompaniment to chicken dishes or pasta with white sauces. Supply will always be limited to due small acreage and seasonal variations so be sure to take advantage when the vintage is available.

‘GGG’ Pinot Grigio 2022

Only one word describes this wine, delicious!!  White peach, passionfruit and guava on the nose gives way to beautiful tropical fruit and fresh herbs on the palate. It has a crisp acid dry finish making it a wonderful summer time wine. It’s delicious on its own or as a great accompaniment to chicken dishes or pasta with white sauces. 'Northern Hills' Wooded Chardonnay 2018

Yarra Valley

This wine is bold and beautiful. Delicious tropical fruit notes are
complemented by hints of butterscotch, honey and a little pineappleand passionfruit. This wine has been 100% barrel fermented and aged.Weekly barrel stirring for a period of six months, to disturb the lees, has contributed to a gorgeous creamy texture. This wine is grown in rich black volcanic soil on a single vineyard in Kangaroo Ground and it’s a great accompaniment to salmon and chicken dishes.

Domenic’s Paddock Pinot Noir 2020

Yarra Valley 

Domenics’ Paddock vineyard is 4-acre block overlooked from Nillumbik Estate cellar door and is now over 24 years old. Over this time, Domenic (the Winemaker’s father who is 86) along with help from Franca (the Winemaker’s mother who is 83) has been tending the vineyard with heart and soul. The vineyard is their special place where each vine is meticulously pruned and taken care of. The quality of the wine speaks for itself; rich, dark and full of flavour that lasts. This wine has typical barn yard pinot characters whilst retaining luscious flavours of ripe cherries, raspberry, and blueberry. It has a silky-smooth finish and typical of Nillumbik Estate Pinot Noir, is BIG.  It is simply delicious and probably one of the best expressions of Pinot Noir in the Yarra Valley

'The Back Block' Petit Verdot 2018

King Valley 

This wine was allowed to develop on the vine until mid-April producing a rich dark wine full of flavour. Beautiful cherry and plum characters are dominant, with soft tannins and gorgeous background caramel and cedar notes. It was hand plunged daily to extract colour after a soft destemming process and then allowed to mature on seasoned French barriques for over 24 months.

held back to mature for over 3 years on the very best tight grain French 
barriques. The result is a wine that is as “smooth as silk” and as bold as the biggest reds our soils can produce. Beautiful blackcurrant and cherry 
notes dominate the pallate, with luscious servings of mocha and chocolate 
in the background. This fruit is grown on black volcanic soil on a single 
vineyard in Kangaroo Ground that is over 22 years-old. This wine is to be
