FOOD SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR

We are a fast growing winery cellar door / restaurant in the Yarra Valley, located approximately 20 minutes from Eltham. It is a dynamic and fun environment surrounded by stunning views. We are looking for a food preparation co-ordinator to prepare food and co-ordinate kitchen operations for a basic food offer. The role involves:

• Food preparation;
• Contributing to and improving kitchen procedures;
• Co-ordinating front of house staff;
• Ordering supplies;
• Assisting with catering for events; and
• Developing the menu.

The successful applicant will have a friendly disposition, a minimum of 12 months experience working in a restaurant or similar environment and a passion for wine and food. They will also have impeccable standards when it comes to ensuring areas are kept clean, maintained and everything remains in its place.
